Justin Maxon and Jared Moossy Win the $5K Visura Multimedia Grant

Justin Maxon and Jared Moossy have won the 2016 Visura Multimedia Grant for their film When the spirit moves, which documents life in Chester, Pennsylvania. Maxon and Moossy, both PDN’s 30 photographers in 2009, were awarded a $5,000 cash prize.
